From 1st October, NHS England requires all GP practices to be fully accessible to patients during core hours (Monday to Friday, 8am–6:30pm).

The feedback gathered through the Friends and Family Test is used in NHS organisations across the country to inform local improvement that can make a real difference to patients and their care.
