Starting from 1st March 2025, we will be updating the way prescriptions are requested at the practice. We will no longer be using the current answerphone system. Instead, patients can request prescriptions through the following methods: via our website, in person, or by calling during designated times (Monday to Friday 13:30-15:30). We understand this may cause some initial disruption, but we believe these changes will help us offer a more efficient and safer service for all our patients in the future.
